Rice Tseng 目前在 Grab 擔任首席設計師 Principal product designer，主要負責 Grab Financial Group 的整體支付體驗。前後是 GrabHealth 跟 Consumer Payment Experience 團隊的 Product Design Manager。在 Grab 就職期間負責過 Grab 乘客端體驗再設計、Grab Super App 首頁設計、交通運輸服務體驗並組織領導 GrabHealth 設計團隊設計東南亞的 O2O 醫療照護解決方案。曾加入新加坡 Indeed 負責 job seeker 端的 salary 產品。加入 Grab 之前，在 Yahoo! 亞太區行動產品暨設計中心擔任產品設計師，負責購物中心跟電影的設計。曾在不同公司擔任過介面工程師、視覺設計師與使用者經驗設計師，涉略人機互動、物聯網、電子商務與移動端產品等領域，擁有九年以上產品設計經驗。
